We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00 to the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. All items under $75.00 will be charged by weight.
Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5:00pm MST
(Public Holidays Excluded)
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have added it to our "get it out quick" list. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping time ranges from 5-7 business days once it's left our facility. We all know since Covid 19 times are subject to change but, it is our goal to get you the purchased items as soon as possible.
Tracking Numbers will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.

We understand that sometimes life happens and a return may be necessary. If you run into one of these hiccups we are here to make the process as painless as possible.
In order to receive a full refund of the original purchase price please include: a copy of your order confirmation email along with information of the reason for your return and how we can help make it right. Items must be postmarked within 7 days to receive the full refund on the original method of payment or store credit.
Items returned after 14 days of date received are eligible for store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly suggest shipping items with a delivery tracking number so you can be sure your return makes it back to us for processing. We can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
All goods must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
All personalized, sale, and jewelry items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
DAMAGES
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Service team via support@EngraftedGifts.com
Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
EXCHANGES
Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged.
If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation and next to the item write the new size, color, style or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less.
In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Service team will have the amount of the item refunded back to your account.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.
The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however, we will ship back your exchanged item free of charge.
